(1) In relation to the assets or instruments seized or seized in accordance with Rule 5, the investigating officer shall assess the value and keep a record of the value in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Act. (2) While fixing the price according to sub-rule (1), the price shall be fixed keeping in view the quality, condition of use and duration of such property or equipment.
